Here is how to pause your service;

• Log into your Coachli account

• On the left side of your screen click on “1:1 calls”

• Select the service you would like to pause
• Scroll down to where it says “settings”
• Look out for the word “need a break? Pause this service”

• Toggle the button to the right

• The colour of the toggle would change to purple
• Click on “save changes”

And you are done. 🎊 Your service will remain paused until when you are ready to make it active.
