How to pause a service

Here is how to pause your service;

Log into your Coachli account

On the left side of the menu options click on “1:1 sessions”

Select the service you would like to pause
Scroll down to where it says “settings”
Look out for the word “need a break? Pause this session”

Toggle the button to the right
The colour of the toggle would change to black
Click on “save changes”

And you are done. 🎊 Your service will remain paused until when you are ready to make it active.
